A lot of research goes into histor...Very good post. A lot of research goes into historical fiction and I admire authors for trying to be as accurate as possible. My high school history teacher suggested we read a historical fiction book, I think it was called Rape of the Fair Country. Although the family was fictional, the way they lived and the historical backdrop helped us no end with our end of school year exams.
